Refund and Return Policy
At Vantura Shop, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
- Be in the original packaging;
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Returns must be approved by us before being shipped.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error;
- Personal care, hygiene, or sanitary products that have been opened or used;
- Any item returned after the 30-day return period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
PARTIAL REFUNDS

REFUNDS

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

GIFTS
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the returned item after we receive and inspect it.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift purchaser received the order first, any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For international customers, return shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping provider.
